I see this when I ride my bike out to the park. It never fails to invoke a feeling of “WTF?!”

A strange sculpture of a Native American that falls more into the category of "Cigar Store Indian" than it should. The associated plaque tells of the departure of a local tribe and how they fought with the U.S. Army and eventually settled in Wisconsin. This almost pegs the "WTF Meter".
